About Nora Finals

I am so excited to post these pictures. I really pushed myself to “think outside the box,” and give this family something different.

Perfectly Imperfect…

It is something that I have realized more and more about my style. I don’t want PERFECTLY POSED pictures.

I just want to capture you in the moment the way you are. I want to find art in everyday ordinary life. I want to find art in candid moments.

I already wrote about Nora’s Rett Syndrome to raise awareness. If you are interested in reading about it or contacting Kristy to visit more about it click here.

This was one of my favorite sessions this year.

The wind was just right…the light was just right…the kids were happy and mellow…and mom and dad were easy going and fun to be around!

What more could you ask for!

I added a few storyboards at the end to give you a few examples. I can switch the pictures around to however you like.

This family chose to make their gallery public so friends and family could enjoy the pictures too.

Hope You Enjoy!

I love, love, love 12. The way you framed it, the rocks, the easiness of the family. It is posed, but there’s still personality. Awesome job!

I *love* pictures 8 and 26 where it seems like Justin is just doing something little that is SO calming for Nora. Now, I have no idea if that’s really what’s going on, but it sure seems like it. In picture 8, he’s playing with her ears….CUTE! In picture 26, it’s like they’re having “a moment” and Nora’s just trying to catch every bit of it. I love both shots!!

My next favorites are 1, 22 and 23 of Nora. I love her looking at the camera, her look up into the air and the one where she has her hands by her face in the usual fashion that is “Nora”. I just love what those shots represent. 🙂

I like all of the family shots, too, but I really like the ones by that stone chimney thingy…whatever that is. 🙂 I just like the framing aspect of you taking the shot between some bushes.

GREAT job, Kate!!!! I just adore these photos!! I’m glad that there are people like you who have an eye for this type of photography because I’m someone who poses and who likes poses and who can’t think much outside of a “pose” box. 🙂 You’re a nice added spice to our “pose” world. 🙂

Now I can’t wait to get some on my wall!! I really do think your services should offer a wall paper… the kind that goes on your wall at home. Not the computer screen kind. 😉
