Among the Aspens

On Monday we took our first picnic of the year. It just so happened to be Baby Dusty's first trip to where Daddy and Mommy were married almost 6 years ago. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of Baby Dusty on his first picnic. I will not let this happen the next time we visit.I dearly love Aspen trees, and the light was just gorgeous.I thought it was fitting that we had our first picnic on the first day of summer of the longest day of the year. PHEWNow that was entirely too long of a sentence. :)It has been a long winter on the ranch, and we are trying to soak up as much summer as we can! I loved watching the boys explore among the aspen trees. They had so much fun playing with cousin Corbin, Sidney and Layne.The Rancher's Wife Kate
