Irrigating

It's that time of year again. Every year each season brings along familiar tasks that need to be done around the ranch. Irrigating. It's also that time of year when the meadow larks start singing their cheery tune, and we watch sand hill cranes doing their dance out in the field. It's also when we start having blue birds try to nest in our chimney, and flickers start to peck on our house.We love going with Chris in the ranger as he checks water. These are images I took while the kids helped Dad irrigate. Pistachios are a favorite snack for us, and I don't mind the mess they make when we are buzzing in the ranger.Hope you enjoy!
