Flower
I'm participating in a 52 week project with 17 other photographers. We have a theme each week, and post a picture every Friday at 9AM Est.Our theme this week is Flower. If you are interested in reading more about our themes each week click here.I decided to have a mini photoshoot with my son Dusty who will turn 14 months on May 31st.He is in the 'puddleduck' stage right now. What I mean by that is he walks like a 'puddleduck.' This stage is so fleeting, and happens when they just start to walk. They stick their bellies out, and wibble wobble from side to side. I decided to pick a yellow tulip from the yard. Our growing season is a lot slower than most areas, and the tulips have just begun to bloom.
It is lovely to see a splash of color in our yard finally.
He was also wearing his 'squeaker' shoes that a dear friend just gave to me! I love them. He squeaks whereever he walks, and it is a great way to keep track of him.
It is especially hilarious to watch him 'wibble wobble' & 'squeak' while he is walking along!
I call him 'my little yearling' because he acts like the 5000+ yearlings we are having shipped in on semi trucks right now. If you don't know what a yearling is it is simply a cow that is a year old. :)
They are curious, into everything, like to climb on things & leave a path of destruction wherever they go.
Hmmmm does it sound like any one year old you know?
Hope You Enjoy my mini photoshoot with my baby Dusty!
