A Thank You & A January Post

Whatever new years resolutions follow in the time coming -Make just one that will last.Be still.Beauty is everywhere. It comes in the purest of forms – I promise; one need not look far.I am so very lucky that I get to see and document love in so many forms.Relationships of love, people in love, new love born, baby love. And this, right here, is where it starts for all of us.As seeds. As people. As friends. -Kristen CookI've tried for days to write a thank you post, and then I found this blog post written by photographer Kristen Cook. Her eloquent words describe what I feel better than I ever could.  Thank you to everyone for your support this past year.I'm looking forward to 2012, and wish everyone a Happy New Year. I'm also starting a new project for the month of January. Kristen Cook's January Project inspired me. I love this idea. It doesn't seem overwhelming or like I'm setting myself up for failure. I can document my kids for an entire month. This is something I plan to do every year. It will be really neat to look back over the years, and see the growth & change in my kiddos.Since I'm a little late in posting, I will have January 1st & 2nd in this post. When I'm all done, I plan to print each photo in a little book.Hope you enjoy this peek into my everyday life as a rancher's wife with three boys.Legos: putting the red cap on the little man (love his face while he concentrates!) & making a cranechecking water with Dad & chopping ice for the horses
