The Hood House has been a fixture in Saratoga since 1892. It wasn’t always a B&B, but since the 80’s it has provided a welcoming space for thousands of travelers and families of locals. Owner Carol Smith and her daughter, Addie Fletcher, team up to provide a hearty breakfast featuring fresh homemade bread that uses a recipe Carol learned from her Grandmother-In-Law.
