In the Air & New Life

The photo challenges for the Friends Photo Challenge Blog are In the Air & New Life. I thought these were fitting categories for this time of year. I went out this morning and heard hummingbirds buzzing, frogs croaking, and the crisp clear song of a meadowlark. I really love their little song!...oh and I heard the sound of water rushing. We are flooding on the ranch right now. Our meadow in front of the house looks like a mini lake. The boys are outside digging around in some dirt that Daddy hauled in the backhoe yesterday ( they had to ride with him).My tulips are blooming. Fischer came to me very excited, and said "MOM come and see with your eyes!"It is just such a lovely time of year when winter finally decides to leave. It is like you can just feel the new growth and life everywhere.The new life we are really celebrating these days is Baby Dusty.
