Summertime

I'm really looking forward to summer this year. Maybe I feel this way every year due to the fact that we live in a place where its winter for a really LONG time. HA! I'm just excited to see the wild iris flowers and lilacs blooming. I'm excited to smell like campfire smoke again, and eat smores. I'm looking forward to branding, and being able to see family and friends. I'm looking forward to fishing the Platte River, and letting the kids explore while they are busy eating cherries. I'm looking forward to bomb pop popsicles and bare feet. I can't wait to watch a rainbow appear over Sheep Mountain. Hooray for summer!  I enjoyed looking through these images this morning to remind myself it is coming.
