Daddy & Me

I had plans this evening to have a little mini photo session with a dear friend of mine and her girls. Unfortunately my boys have runny noses and coughs. Out of consideration for her little family, we decided to postpone it for a week or two. We are hoping to include some lilacs in the pictures, and my lilacs are just starting to bloom. So I think we might still be able to do it!I have decided to add Mommy & Me sessions and Daddy & Me sessions.When life hands you lemons you have to make lemonade right? Since Father's Day is right around the corner I thought well why not have a photo session with the father of my children? I really wanted to include lilacs too.  So yesterday evening after Daddy cooked steaks on the grill I wiped the boys runny noses and dressed them. I did not take a picture of what my kitchen looked like after the chaos of dressing three little boys. But it was all worth it! I don't think we will ever regret taking the time to have a Daddy & Me session.We are headed to my Aunt Darby's funeral service tomorrow morning, and then this next week we have convention.Happy Father's Day to all of the wonderful Dads out there!
