A Note to my Mama

You've taught me to give without keeping track. You've taught me to laugh through hard times. You've taught me to see wonder in nature. You've taught me to love to dig in the dirt. You've taught me to see the best in people, and to not focus on outside appearance but rather their heart. You've taught me to choose compassion. You've taught me to be honest about my weakness. You've taught me to see the glass half full instead of half empty. You've taught me that no one is perfect. You've taught me that there is beauty in imperfection. You've taught me true forgiveness. You truly have a heart for others. I have so much to learn from you about serving others sincerely. I want to truly love to serve like you do.I love you so dearly. It's ironic how I became the rancher's wife when that is something you would have loved to be.I hope you never forget how much I love you and admire you. I know now how much you sacrificed for us kids.
